Zen Martial Arts Center offers authentic Okinawan karate, with karate for kids and martial arts for adults. The program also includes self-defense training and a Safe in the City fitness, empowerment, and self-defense program taught and practiced in a safe and supportive environment. Families have access to a private Facebook group for students and a mobile app with events and curriculum.
