MAKE! Studio Art Classes

MAKE! Studio Art Classes offers arts and crafts and multi-media crafting projects. Classes focus on project-based experiences, including making things that bubble, twirl, bounce, shake, or light up using colors, textures, and sound. All materials are included for each class.

• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Classes book in monthly sessions; each class is 75 minutes
• Price: $75* for Private Studio class; $45 per student* for Partner Class; $35 per student* for Group Class

MAKE! Studio was created by Annie Hershfield. After 30 years of working in recreation for the City of Larkspur, running summer camps and working in their enrichment program, Annie now leads this studio, which is described as an oasis where students feel safe to be themselves and are empowered to make magic with their hands. The program offers a Private Studio one-on-one class tailored to the specific level, needs, and pace of the student, a Partner Class for a child and a friend or sibling to work together, and a Group Class for family, neighborhood, or friend-group pods. If the rates are a barrier for participation, families are invited to email the studio. The mission of MAKE! Studio Art Classes is “A place for creativity and connection, where children build confidence & learn to believe in themselves....one project at a time.”
