San Domenico School offers the Virtuoso Program for Grades 9-12, where students explore professional string musicianship through a rigorous academic and musical curriculum. It also offers the Interdisciplinary Design and Creation (IDC) Program, Film, and Game Design Academy for Grades 9-12, along with the Service-Learning Capstones / ROSE Program for Grades 6-12 and Global Education for Grades K-12.

- Film — Grades 9-12 · Hands-on program where students make films using industry-standard equipment.
- Game Design Academy — Grades 9-12 · Hands-on program exploring programming, 3D modeling, interactive storytelling, and real game development.
- Service-Learning Capstones / ROSE Program — Grades 6-12 · Service learning embedded in the K-12 experience; formalized in eighth grade with individual capstone service-learning projects.
