Sandy's Art Studio for Children and Teens offers art classes, art camps, and portfolio classes that include painting, drawing, sculpting, collage, and printmaking. The curriculum involves a variety of mediums, techniques, and styles to immerse students in 21st Century creativity and prepare them for multi-faceted artistic challenges in today's culturally accessible artworld. The program focuses entirely on art education for children and teens and emphasizes an engaging group art program where children feel comfortable enough to give helpful critique and share critical thinking in the art process with the instructor and their peers.

Sandy’s Art Studio for Children and Teens was founded in 2004 in San Clemente, California. Sandy Reid leads the program and earned her bachelorette of science in Studio Arts and Child Development in Munich, Germany, in 1998. Sandy educates with the aim to connect children to nature, foreign cultures, and contemporary art.
Sandy`s Art Studio for Children & Teens was featured in the magazine STUDIOS by Interweaverly Press in the Summer 2012 edition, and Sandy is the spotlight instructor of the month in San Clemente's Recreational Magazine. The studio has been involved with Heilpaedagogische Tagesstaette in Murnau, Germany; Rumfordschloesses in the English Garden in Munich, Germany; Kindernest Weilheim O.B. in Germany; Anneliese School in Laguna Beach, California; Journey School in Aliso Viejo, California; San Clemente Center for the Arts; TLC Public Charter School in Orange, California; and City of San Clemente Community Recreation.
