Atos Jiu-Jitsu HQ Kids Programs offers structured youth martial arts programs that include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi), Submission Grappling (No-Gi), and self-defense training. The program also provides access to the ATOS BJJ ON DEMAND app, which streams an ever-expanding library of techniques on demand.

The program is led by a leadership team that includes Andre Galvao, Angelica Galvao, and Carlos, with instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) and Submission Grappling (No-Gi) provided by elite instructors and world champions. Atos HQ is considered the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in the world for both competitors and hobbyists. The academy offers daycare for parents, kids programs for all ages and skill levels, a 90 day fast pass, and a 30 day trial.
