Atos Jiu-Jitsu HQ Kids Programs offers Kids Jiu-Jitsu Class (3-5 Year Olds), Kids Jiu-Jitsu Class (5-8 Year Olds), Kids Jiu-Jitsu Class (8-13 Year Olds), and Teen Jiu-Jitsu Class (13-16 Year Olds). The schedule includes Mon-Fri 4:00-4:45 PM, Mon-Fri 5:00-6:00 PM, and Mon-Fri 6:15-8:00 PM.

Private lessons must be scheduled in advance. All schedule changes or cancellations should be coordinated with the instructor. No-shows will result in the loss of that private lesson credit.
