Day camps include inclusion support and financial assistance is available through the Y’s ACCESS scholarship program or through third party payment support. Vouchers can be applied to new day camp registrations during checkout and can be applied to another Y program, converted into a refund, or donated. Friend requests are allowed when the request is received by the Wednesday before camp, provided by both families, for the same camp, and limited to one friend request per camper each week.

Authorized parents or guardians must accompany their camper through a mandatory sign-in process that includes a temperature check and an intake screening, and any camper with a temperature exceeding 100°F is not allowed to attend camp that day. Pens used for signatures at drop-off and pick-up are labeled clean or used and are sanitized after each use, and a government-issued photo ID is required at pick-up.
