Freestyle Martial Arts offers training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Karate, and self-defense, along with fitness and personal development activities. The program is the home of Team Freestyle, the 2016, 2017, 2023, and 2025 ISKA World Champion Demonstration Team.

Freestyle Martial Arts was established in 1986 and has been serving San Diego County for 40 years. Programs are available for ages 3 and up and all skill levels. The organization states that it exists to empower, encourage, and inspire, and that it is committed to making the martial arts learning experience fun, safe, and professional. Its mission statement says it aims to empower students to achieve their personal best in life, encourage education, strong morals, and great character, enrich lives through martial arts instruction, and inspire others with honor, integrity, and loyalty.
