Learning Jungle Mission Gorge

Learning Jungle Mission Gorge is an educational child care program that follows a play-based, Reggio-inspired approach. The program features nature-inspired outdoor environments that are used as an extension of the classroom. It offers Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and PreK programs within a larger global network of Learning Jungle locations.

• Ages: 6 weeks–6 years old
• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm

Learning Jungle Mission Gorge was formerly known as Little Sprouts and serves families in the Mission Gorge, Allied Gardens, San Carlos, and Del Cerro communities. The teachers are described as caring, patient, and well-qualified. The facility director is Ms. Lauren Patlan. Learning Jungle opened in 2002 and operates as a global provider of quality educational child care in multiple countries and locations. According to its mission statement, Learning Jungle offers a portfolio of quality educational child care to busy families in an energetic, encouraging, safe and family-focused environment. Learning Jungle is proud to partner with the state of California to administer General Child Care and Development Programs (CCTR) for families who require financial assistance.
