The Legion San Diego Kids Jiu Jitsu Program offers Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts training for children. The program includes a 5-week beginner course that introduces kids to essential techniques through a structured curriculum.

The program is part of Legion San Diego, a professional Jiu Jitsu academy with an in-house gym area. The kids program includes over 175 children training from ages 4–14. Families can start with a free 30-minute intro before the 5-week course. The 5-week beginner course includes a 10-class curriculum featuring essential techniques organized to accelerate learning and remove randomness, a proprietary system of sparring, and the option to start with other beginners on day one. The 5-week course also includes a free premium Legion uniform, lifetime access to class recordings, access to a 4K video curriculum, and access to the in-house gym area, with no membership contracts.
