Momentum Acrobatics states that it is San Diego’s premier center for acrobatics, trampoline & tumbling, parkour, ninja, and cirque-style movement, and that it introduced San Diego’s first Cirque and Parkour programs as inclusive alternatives to traditional sports. Classes are designed by certified coaches and include both recreational and competitive pathways, with structure, coaching, and mentorship for athletes working toward competitive goals and performance at local and national levels. Momentum Acrobatics describes itself as a place where movement meets joy and families thrive, and states that it was born out of a mission to get kids moving away from screens and into a space for strength, confidence, and fun, with plans to expand offerings for adults.
Momentum Acrobatics opened its Sorrento Valley headquarters in 2021, and a new 16,000 sq. ft. expansion is scheduled to open in Fall 2025 with expanded offerings including an after-school program, enrichment classes, and adult classes.
