SD United Training Center

SD United Training Center offers gymnastics, parkour and ninja classes, dance, tumbling, competitive programs, camps and events, and adult gymnastics. Gymnastics is listed for Pre Recreational students under 5 years old, Recreational students 5 and older, and adults. Parkour & Ninja classes are open to all ages and abilities.

Joe Gram is listed as the owner and says he is currently operating San Diego UNITED Training Center with his business partner, who is also his brother. The mission statement says the program aims to become the regional leader of elite gymnastics training, pioneer coaching education, training, and development, establish working partnerships with regional active lifestyle groups, be the crossroads for the active lifestyle community, and always have fun. The site also says SD UNITED is home to the USD Woman's Gymnastics Club team.

Try your first fun filled class on us. Front desk hours are Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm -7:30 pm and Saturday 9 am - 1:00 pm. SD United welcomes all ages/abilities for Parkour; competitive developmental team is invite only; competitive XCEL team requires tryout.
