The K to 8th Grade Afterschool Program includes sports, technology activities, weekly field trips, and swimming. Regular attendance in the after school program incorporates high-yield learning activities and targeted programs. The program offers fun and structured, age-appropriate activities that are designed with mentorship at their core.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
The program is run by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego, which has over 80 years of experience. Staff provide a safe environment and are CPR certified. The mission of the program is to inspire and enable youth to achieve academic success, build good character and responsible citizenship, and make healthy lifestyle choices. The Club serves children of all races, colors, religions, and genders and is committed to providing the best possible experience for all participants. Select facilities are available for use by the community, and there are sites throughout San Diego.
