At Gracie Jiu-Jitsu San Dimas, the team states that Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, athleticism, or ability. The center is a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center and is certified to teach the Gracie University curriculum, which is standardized across all certified training centers worldwide. The program offers structured martial arts curriculums for beginner adults, women, and children, and describes its environment as safe, comfortable, and welcoming for all students and family members in San Dimas. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu San Dimas also states a belief that confident humans make kinder humans and notes that it proudly empowers San Dimas families.

For Mat Munchkins preschool classes, the program uses fun games and simple techniques. The Little Champs program includes self-defense skills along with respect, discipline, and focus. Jr. Grapplers is described as building unshakable confidence so that children can overcome bullying without violence. Women Empowered is described as real-life self-defense for women by women and focuses on using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to address common threat scenarios in a safe and supportive environment. Master Cycle follows a clearly defined, systematic curriculum for advanced techniques from blue belt to black belt.

For a first jiu-jitsu class, the program provides a uniform, called a gi, to wear. Families are advised that students can wear comfortable undergarments or leggings and a t-shirt or rashguard under the gi, and that training attire is available for purchase after class.
