Gracie Jiu-Jitsu San Dimas

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu San Dimas offers Mat Munchkins Kids Martial Arts, Little Champs Kids Martial Arts, and Jr. Grapplers Kids Martial Arts for children ages 3 to 12. Mat Munchkins is a Gracie Bullyproof preschoolers class with fun games and simple techniques, Little Champs includes self-defense skills, respect, discipline, and focus, and Jr. Grapplers focuses on confidence, self-defense, and character development. The program also offers adult martial arts co-ed classes, women’s beginner BJJ classes, advanced adult BJJ classes, and private lessons.

• Mat Munchkins Kids Martial Arts — 3-5 · Gracie Bullyproof® preschoolers class with fun games and simple techniques; objective is to build confidence and prepare for Little Champs.
• Little Champs Kids Martial Arts — 5-7 · Gracie Bullyproof® kids martial arts with self-defense skills, respect, discipline, and focus.
• Jr. Grapplers Kids Martial Arts — 7-12 · Gracie Bullyproof® program focused on confidence, self-defense, and character development.
• Adult Martial Arts Co-Ed Classes — Beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults in a structured, safe learning environment.
• Women's BJJ Beginner Classes — Women Empowered® self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for women.
• Advanced BJJ Classes for Adults — Master Cycle® advanced adult Jiu-Jitsu from blue belt to black belt.

• Private Lesson — $125 · Single private lesson - 30 minutes (black belt).

No experience necessary. Zero fitness requirements to start beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. Parents are encouraged to watch children's lessons. They teach children to avoid fighting if possible by using words first and telling an adult. They do not teach punches or kicks in the Gracie Bullyproof program.
