Alliance Française de San Francisco – Kids and Teens French Programs offers summer camps, onsite classes, online classes, and online afterschool classes. The program also includes AP French preparation and AP French tutoring, along with a wide range of French language courses for children. Kids and teens can take part in cultural activities that present a comprehensive look at Francophone culture in the 21st century, and they have access to a library and other online resources for students of French.

Classes are taught by native speakers. Alliance Française de San Francisco has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area community since 1889. Its mission is to promote the knowledge and appreciation of French language and Francophone cultures. It is an American nonprofit public charity, tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is the oldest Alliance Française chapter in the United States. Alliance Française de San Francisco is the official exam center for DELF/DALF, TCF, and DFP for Northern California and offers language certifications including the TCF and the DAEFLE.
The program uses a complete pedagogical program for all classes and a dedicated online exercise platform tailored to help students practice efficiently for textbook classes and exam preparation. Class sizes range between 4–12 students. Alliance Française de San Francisco offers a large catalog of online classes for kids, teens, and adults, as well as private and corporate classes tailored to specific needs. It provides access to the oldest French library in the Bay Area, which holds the largest collection of French books west of the Mississippi and is open to the public.
Alliance Française de San Francisco organizes cultural activities for children and adults, including Movie Nights, Language Exchange, Café Conversation, concerts, art openings, and theater plays. It holds one to two regular events each week such as Café Conversation, Movie Night, Art Night, and Language Exchange, plus large events every trimester such as Francophonie, Fête de la Musique, and a Winter fair. Additional events with community partners take place every month. The organization also offers a library of resources and a dedicated and evolving training program to support teachers.
