About
American Gymnastics Club offers preschool gymnastics for children ages 18 months to 3 years. It also offers girls’ gymnastics and boys’ gymnastics for ages 5 to 18, with beginning classes that introduce vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor exercise, parallel bars, pommel horse, high bar, and rings. The program also offers Pre-Team and Team classes for boys and girls who want to pursue competition, with classes structured around USA Gymnastics Competitive Routines, as well as ballet.
Programs
- Preschool Program — 18mos–3 years
- Girls’ Program — 5–18 years · Beginning through advanced gymnastics for girls, including recreational gymnastics and competition; beginning classes introduce vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
- Boys’ Program — 5–18 years · Beginning through advanced gymnastics for boys, including recreational gymnastics and competition; beginning classes introduce vault, parallel bars, pommel horse, high bar, rings, and floor exercise.
- Competitive Program — Pre-Team and Team classes for boys and girls who wish to pursue competition; classes are structured around USA Gymnastics Competitive Routines.

At a glance
- Ages: 2–18 years old
- General schedule: Classes are offered year round, and you can enroll at anytime. Sessions are 4 weeks long. If you enroll mid session, you will be prorated accordingly. Once enrolled, you will be automatically enrolled each session unless you notify the program in writing of your intention to discontinue or take a break.
- Facility hours: Bayshore Location: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm; Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm. Judah Location: Monday 2:00pm-7:00pm; Tuesday 5:00-7:00pm; Wednesday 2:00pm-7:00pm; Thursday 5:00-7:00pm.
