SF Tremors VBC offers girls the chance to play competitive volleyball through Power teams, Area teams, and Developmental Practice teams. The program also includes a Developmental Practice Squad, a Developmental Program, a Summer Program, Fall Weekend Clinics, Pre-Tryout Open Gyms, and Girls Club Season Tryouts, along with a strength and conditioning regimen.

• Ages: 11–14 years old
• Schedule: Club season and Developmental Program run November–June; Summer Program runs June–August; Fall Weekend Clinics run September–October; 2025–2026 Girls Club Season Tryouts are scheduled for October 10–12, 2025 for age divisions 11's through 14's.

SF Tremors VBC was established in November 1998 and will be entering its 20th consecutive season this coming November. For the past 20 years, SF Tremors has been dedicated to providing the best club experience possible to every player and family through top quality organization, disciplined and structured training, and emphasis on the values of excellent work ethic, sportsmanship, positive outlook, and camaraderie. The club’s mission states that it was created to give young athletes an opportunity to learn and experience playing competitive volleyball in a positive, family-friendly atmosphere, with a commitment to a program of excellence in athlete achievements and sportsmanship, coaching, and administration. The training program is described as teaching proper technique in basic fundamentals and advanced volleyball skills and incorporating a strength and conditioning regimen, with programs offered all year round and different team options for varying skill levels and experience. SF Tremors VBC is led by Club Director Church Villacampa.

SF Tremors VBC is a member of the Northern California Volleyball Association, a region of USA Volleyball, which is the National Governing Body for the sport of volleyball in the United States. The club reports that it has been consistently successful in developing its athletes and has become a very competitive club in the Northern California Region, earning several bids to the Junior National Championships.
