SF Tremors VBC trains athletes in their individual overall skills and team play. The program teaches proper technique in basic fundamentals and advanced volleyball skills, and it includes a strength and conditioning regimen.

• Ages: 11–18 years old
• Schedule: Club season and Developmental Program from November to June; Summer Program from June to August; Fall Weekend Clinics from September to October

SF Tremors was established in November 1998 and will be entering its 20th consecutive season this coming November. The club was established with the main objective of giving young athletes an opportunity to learn and experience playing competitive volleyball in a positive, family-friendly atmosphere. For the past 20 years, SF Tremors has focused on top quality organization, disciplined and structured training, and emphasis on excellent work ethic, sportsmanship, positive outlook, and camaraderie. The program states a commitment to excellence in the achievements and sportsmanship of its athletes, in its coaching and administration, and in opportunities for every athlete to develop into the best individual she can be. According to the program, athletes gain an experience that cultivates character and leadership abilities that prepare them for future endeavors in volleyball and in life.

SF Tremors is a member of the Northern California Volleyball Association, a region of USA Volleyball, the National Governing Body for the sport of volleyball in the United States. The club has earned several bids to the Junior National Championships. The 13 Liberty team are Silver Medalists, and the 16 Wolverines, 15 Wolverines, and 12 Wolverines competed in the 2025 USAV Junior National Championships. The program offers Power, Area, and Developmental Practice teams for players of different skill levels and experience. The Developmental Practice Squad is a way for young athletes to build their basic fundamental skills without the pressures or commitment of a traveling team. The Summer Program is for athletes from beginners to advanced, experienced club players. The club describes itself as having become a very competitive club among the Northern California Region.
