Studio Sapphire Dance & Fitness Studio offers weekly recreational dance classes for kids in styles such as hip hop, K-pop, jazz funk, and Bollywood. The studio also offers yoga and fitness classes for adults, as well as reiki healing sessions by appointment, reiki healing classes for all ages, private lessons, private parties, birthdays, and wedding dances. One trial class is free for all recreational classes.

Studio Sapphire was established in 2016, and the founder and owner is Shikha Thapa. The studio’s mission is to create a peaceful, positive, uplifting space where participants can be themselves, heal, and feel centered through dance, yoga, and fitness. Summer 2026 enrollment is now open, and the summer camp is currently full. The program notes that tuition is non-refundable, pro-rated tuition applies only at the beginning of enrollment, and there are no make-up classes offered. Private lesson times and dates are flexible, and the studio offers a variety of fun, transformational, healing, and mind-stimulating classes for kids and adults.
For classes, the dress code is tennis shoes and comfortable clothing such as leggings, joggers, shorts, and a tee, and participants must bring water. Studio Sapphire requires parental supervision for children at all times for off-site venues, and a contract and waiver must be signed for every performance by a parent or guardian. Studio Sapphire reserves the right to take photos of participants, including children, during any studio or outside performances for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. Some performances are held in large venues with no crowd management.
