ATA Gymnastics specializes in tumbling and acrobatics, with programs that range from Pre-K to the international stage. The Gymster program focuses on foundational movement skills for pre-schoolers ages 18 months to 5 years, and the recreational program is described as the perfect mix of fun and world-class tumbling technique for ages 4 and up. The recreational program features five levels, with the most advanced recreational class called Power Tumbling, and the competitive and pre-competitive acrobatic gymnastics teams offer seasonal enrollment. ATA focuses on small-group learning to provide personalized coaching while fostering peer motivation, and Brennan Atsatt loves sharing the joy and lifelong benefits of gymnastics with the San Jose community.
Parent testimonials describe ATA as inspiring, with staff who convey trust, safety for kids, wellbeing for everyone, joy of living, equilibrium, and kindness. Parents report that small Gymster classes allow their children to socialize with others and learn structure in a fun environment, and that their children’s skill set and passion for gymnastics grew quickly. One parent notes that their kids have attended ATA for years from beginner recreation through advanced competitive team, that other gyms were tried, and that ATA felt like home for their family, with staff, instructors, and coaches who care deeply about providing the best experience at any skill level, and a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space with positive role models and peers.
