Sharks High School Hockey League offers high school hockey through Varsity (Fall/Winter), Varsity (Spring), and Junior Varsity (Fall-Winter) leagues. The program also includes a high school hockey seminar. It features an all girls high school hockey team and states that no matter what a player’s skill level is, there is a spot in the league.

• Ages: 14–18 years old

In its first year of existence, the Sharks High School Hockey League began with just four teams. Since that time, it has grown to 35 teams for the 2024-2025 season. The league identifies itself as the premier high school league in Northern California. The leadership team includes Louise ElNagger and Scott Hannan.
