The Sharks High School Hockey League offers varsity hockey in the Southern and Northern Conferences, junior varsity hockey in the Southern and Northern Conferences, and Junior Varsity B and Junior Varsity C. The program includes Varsity-Southern Conference, Varsity-Northern Conference, JV-A Southern Conference, JV-A Northern Conference, Junior Varsity B, and Junior Varsity C.

About the provider
In its first year, the SHSHL began with four teams and has grown to 35 teams for the 2024-2025 season. The Sharks High School Hockey League says it is the premier high school league in Northern California and notes that there is a spot for every skill level. The Sharks will also be creating an all girls high school hockey team.
