Sharks High School Hockey League offers a high school hockey seminar, the S.A.T. League, and multiple league options including Varsity (Fall/Winter), Varsity (Spring), and Junior Varsity (Fall-Winter). The program includes a Junior Varsity division that is non-check and a Varsity division that is full contact. Some school programs may enter their own teams, and San Jose in-house high school teams are drafted based on previous seasons level, with team registration capped at 5 varsity and 3 JV, and 8 games for everyone and 8 practices for regional teams or teams that purchase practices.

• Schedule: Season runs April 11th to June 7th, with games primarily on Sunday and practices on Saturday
• Price: Individual Regional Team Registration: $725 per player. Team Fee (Games only): $5125. Team Fee (Games and practice): $10995.
The S.A.T. League is geared towards novice to intermediate Junior Varsity/Varsity skill level players. The stated goal of the S.A.T. League is to allow players to develop their individual skills in a competitive environment and to learn positional play and team concepts in a fun, safe, and relaxed atmosphere. The Sharks High School Hockey League began with just four teams in its first year of existence and has grown to 35 teams for the 2024-2025 season. The Sharks High School Hockey League is described as the premier high school league in Northern California. The program is led by High School Hockey Coordinator Shane Galaviz.
