• Ages: 7–12 years old
• Schedule: Full-day camps from 9:00am–3:00pm offered during Spring Break (April), Summer (June–July–August), Winter Break (February), and Holiday camps around Christmas and New Year’s
South Bay Sports Training Camps & Clinics are led by a premier coaching staff, each with professional and/or college experience, and offer some of the best coach-to-player ratios in the Bay Area. The program’s mission states that it is dedicated to helping young student-athletes succeed both on and off the field, with a focus on knowledge, resources, and support to reach their goals, including the opportunity to compete at the next level. The mission also emphasizes balancing academics with athletics and teaching dedication, hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork, integrity, confidence, and self-worth through competitive baseball and softball. The camps connect with Trosky & Kali Baseball Teams, which are nationally recognized for player development and exposure.
All campers are expected to arrive in athletic attire and athletic shoes (no cleats), with baseball or softball pants, socks, belt, and hat. Campers should bring a glove, bat, and helmet labeled with their name, along with water, snacks, and lunch for full-day camps, and some gloves, bats, and helmets are available to borrow in limited sizes and quantities. Campers must bring their own water, snacks, and lunch if staying the full day, and snacks and beverages are available for purchase indoors.
