The Little Gym

The Little Gym offers Parent/Child classes for ages 4 months to 3 years, Pre K Gymnastics for ages 3 to 6 years, Grade School Gymnastics for ages 6 to 12 years, and Dance for ages 3 to 12 years. It also offers Bugs for 4 to 10 months, Birds for 10 to 19 months, Beasts for 19 to 30 months, and Super Beasts for 30 to 35 months.

• Parent / Child — 4 Months – 3 Years Old · Connect with your little one and help them develop strength and motor skills, as you both learn, play and grow together in class.
• Pre K Gymnastics — 3 – 6 Years Old · Get your preschooler moving, learning, and laughing at Preschool Gymnastics.
• Grade School Gymnastics — 6 – 12 Years Old · Our classes give your child the chance to tackle new challenges at their own skill level.
• Dance — 3-12 Years Old · Our dance programs for children ages 3-12 focus on building skills and technique.
• Bugs — 4 - 10 months · Parent/child gym classes for babies just beginning to explore the world around them.
• Birds — 10 - 19 months · As your baby starts to gain mobility, these classes offer the perfect opportunity to further develop balance and coordination.
• Beasts — 19 - 30 months · For toddlers bursting with energy and curiosity, these classes provide the ideal environment to conquer new physical challenges.
• Super Beasts — 30 - 35 months · Structured to suit your toddler’s newfound independence and practicing physical skills.

About the provider

This year marks 50 years since The Little Gym first opened its doors. The first The Little Gym opened in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington. The program says it challenges a child to master physical, emotional, and life skills through Three-Dimensional Learning: Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid.

For children under 3, a parent (or caregiver) must participate in class. For children 3 and up parents are invited to watch class from the lobby. All classes are limited to provide a small student/teacher ratio. Memberships are billed monthly on the date of initial enrollment. Make-up classes expire after 6 months and can only be used while actively enrolled.
