Vision Volleyball Club is a girls club established in 1997 and offers competitive travel teams at age levels 11-and-under through 18-and-under, with teams of 11 or 12 players selected through tryouts and competing in NCVA Power League, USA qualifier tournaments, and an end-of-the-year one-week tournament. For the 2026 season, the club will field 20 travel teams, with travel team seasons typically running from January to early July and practices held two or three nights each week, plus tournament weekends; an alternative Premier League season runs January through May with all events in Santa Clara County and the greater Bay Area, though Premier League teams are not normally offered. All summer camps are capped at 60 players, space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and camp levels are defined by club and Power League experience, including Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite, with Elite Nationals Prep Camps aimed at players attending USAV and AAU Nationals and Session 7 Open Play used to evaluate high-level athletes for the 2026–27 season.

The Girls' 4th–8th Grade Fall Youth League is run by experienced Vision coaches, groups players on courts by skill and experience, and gives automatic registration to 4th–5th graders until the program is full, while 6th–8th graders receive priority if they played in the 2022–2023 club travel program and otherwise are selected based on evaluations at pre-tryout clinics and a Fall League tryout. The Futures program is open to anyone interested in playing and can be joined at any time, with sessions in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall, and is described as focusing on introducing and teaching young, beginning players the sport of volleyball in a fun and positive environment; the Minis program is described as designed for girls in 2nd–3rd grade with little or no experience, using drills and games to develop coordination and athletic movements while introducing the rules of the game. Vision’s stated mission is to train young athletes in volleyball through practice and competition in a constructive and positive atmosphere, with a coaching philosophy that teaches discipline, commitment, responsibility, teamwork, and self-pride, and a primary goal of player development in the Girls' 4th–8th Grade Fall Youth League and in the Futures and Minis programs.

A testimonial from former National Team player Cassidy Lichtman notes her observations of Vision coaches teaching fundamentals, work ethic, and competition, describes a tradition of excellence and national-level competition, and states that she trusts Joe Ripp and his staff to help mold the next generation. Vision lists general contact hours as 09:00 am–05:00 pm, and a contact for additional information about summer camps is given as Shawn Palmer at [email protected], who is also listed as the lead coach for Session 6d Elite Nationals Prep Camp – Gameplay and Strategy.
