South Bay Sports Training & Batting Cages

South Bay Sports Training & Batting Cages offers one-on-one private lessons, group lessons, team drills, fielding practice, and live play for baseball and softball players. The program also provides access to indoor public batting cages, outdoor covered training cages, and an outdoor turf training field, along with coin-operated batting cages, multi-use training cages, drill stations, and pitching lanes. Families can also book facility rentals, birthday parties, tournaments, corporate events, baseball camps, clinics, travel teams, and college placement services.

• Schedule: Batting cages and store are open Monday–Friday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, and Saturday–Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm

South Bay Sports Training & Batting Cages operates in a 50,000 square foot facility that includes a fully equipped sports performance gym, multipurpose rooms, a snack shack, a retail showroom, and a pro shop stocked with essentials, as well as wireless internet and multiple televisions. The program is led by experienced coaches. Its mission states that South Bay Sports Training is dedicated to helping young student-athletes succeed both on and off the field, with a focus on education, balancing academics with athletics, and teaching dedication, hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork, integrity, confidence, and self-worth through competitive baseball and softball. The organization also offers a Sponsorship Program with multiple advertising packages that support local student athletes, teams, and youth organizations.
