Bushikan Summer Camp

Bushikan Summer Camps is for kids ages 3 and up who are potty trained. The program is priced at a flat $249, and campers bring their own lunch while a morning snack is provided. Camp sessions are listed for June 15–19, 2026, July 13–17, 2026, and August 10–14, 2026.

About the provider

Bushikan Budo Kyokai was formed by Franco Sanguinetti Sensei. Bushikan Dojo has been in San Diego since 1986, After School Programs have been offered at elementary schools from the San Marcos Unified School District since 1994, and the Bushikan Self-Defense Program was authorized in 1997. The organization says it is dedicated to preserving and promoting the traditional Okinawan martial arts of Goju Ryu Karate and Matayoshi Kobudo, and it is a proud member of the Autism Society of San Diego and the Council for Exceptional Children.

Kids have to be potty trained. Fees are not refundable. Limited space. Minimum of 6 campers registered a week prior to each camp. The camp may be canceled if minimum is not met.
