Kids Theatre Network focuses on performing arts, including dance, singing, acting, and tap dance. Participants take part in an electrifying production of SIX: Teen Edition, a pop musical that reimagines the six wives of King Henry VIII as pop icons. The show features high-energy performances, catchy songs, empowering storytelling, sharp humor, contemporary music, and a concert-style spectacle with nonstop attitude.

Kids Theatre Network is led by Owner and Artistic Director Lynne Broyles and Choreographer, Educator, and Performer Valerie Salgado. Lynne Broyles is a former professional singer, dancer, and actress of stage, TV, and film who began teaching singing, acting, and tap dance at 17 years old in Northern California and continues to educate youth in Southern California. She studied voice with Elaine Reynolds and Dietrich Erbelding of the San Francisco Opera and Connie Lisec of North Bay Opera, and studied tap, jazz, and ballet with Mason-Kahn Studio in San Francisco. Valerie Salgado is based in San Diego, CA, with training and experience in theater, television, and concert dance, and received classical dance training under Philip and Chales Fuller in Pasadena, CA. She holds a BA in Dance from the University of California, Irvine, a Master’s degree in Special Education with an Emphasis in Autism from San Diego State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and credentialed teacher at Children's Workshop.
TERI Campus of Life, which includes Kids Theatre Network as one of its programs, has been transforming lives for over 45 years and is comprised of specific programs in fine and performing arts, nutrition, equestrian, fitness, and two non-public schools. The Bornemann Theatre and TERI Campus of Life support the special needs community and the greater San Diego community, and when tickets are purchased to a show at The Bornemann Theatre, they support individuals with special needs and their families. TERI Campus of Life welcomes the community, creating a place where inclusion is a way of life and all abilities are celebrated, and the organization is funded by individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities, as well as microbusinesses such as the TERI Common Grounds Café & Coffee Bar and the TERI Microgreens social enterprise. All ages are welcome at the venue, limited ADA seating is available, pre-show dining is available at TERI Common Grounds Café from 4pm to 8pm, and concessions are available at the theatre before and during the show. Children who do not sit on a lap require their own ticket, and Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity.
