Young Scholars Academic Tutoring and Test Prep Programs offers individualized in-person and online tutoring and counseling for elementary, middle school, and high school students. The program includes one-on-one and small group tutoring in all subjects, including AP and Honors courses, as well as specific options such as GATE, STEAM, English as a Second Language (ESL), math competitions, chess club, creative writing, public speech, and study hall/homework club. Students can also take for-credit courses, online AP courses for high school and college credit, and participate in specialized centers such as the Chinese Culture & Language Center and Korean Culture & Language Center, along with a 1st–5th Grade Program and a 6th–8th Grade Program.

Young Scholars Academic Tutoring and Test Prep Programs offers a wide range of test preparation, including DSAT, ACT, SAT, PSAT, AP, GRE, TOEFL, GMAT, ISEE, SSAT, and HSPT exam prep, as well as college counseling and AP prep. The program provides customized tutoring plans for each student based on their learning profile and goals, personalized portfolios, and step-by-step guidance through the college application process, including essays, personal statements, recommendation letters, and financial aid applications. A Scholars Package is available that includes DSAT and ACT prep, college application and admissions consulting, and scholarship application packages, and the program also offers intensive SAT, ACT, PSAT, and AP prep courses and a free consultation.
Tutors at Young Scholars are screened through a rigorous interview process, and only highly qualified candidates are employed, with about 10% of applicants accepted. The organization reports 30+ years of admissions success, more than 2,000 Ivy League acceptances, and a 94% top 35 colleges acceptance rate.
