Marco Nascimento BJJ

Marco Nascimento BJJ offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for kids, teens, and adults, including classes for complete beginners, recreational students, advanced practitioners, and serious competitors. The kids program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages 4-6, 7-10, and 11-15, plus competition classes and a family class for parents and kids. The schedule also includes kids no gi and adaptive BJJ for ages 4-10 and 10+.

• Adults Fundamentals — all experience levels · throughout the day and evening · Open to students from first-day beginners through Black Belts; technique, drilling and practical application.
• Beginner Fundamentals — newer students · Designed specifically for newer students; White and Green Belts only.
• Advanced Fundamentals — experienced students · For experienced students; Blue Belt and above.
• Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — kids · Children's program subdivided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced groups when appropriate.
• Kids Ages 4-6 — 4-6 · Play-based learning with movement games, age-appropriate technique and sparring.
• Kids Ages 7–10 — 7-10 · Divided into smaller groups based on experience and ability.
• Juveniles Ages 11–15 — 11-15 · Bridges the gap between children’s and adult programs.
• Kids Competition Program — students interested in competition · Additional classes devoted specifically to competition skills and strategy.
• Kids Competition Program Invitation Only — selected students ready for a higher level of training · Advanced Competition Class; students must be invited by an instructor.
• Competition Class – Friday at 5:10 PM Ages 10 and Under — 10 and under · Friday 5:10 PM · Additional training geared toward tournament preparation.
• Competition Class – Friday at 6:00 PM Ages 10 and Over — 10 and over · Friday 6:00 PM · More intensive tournament-focused training for older kids and teens.

About the provider

Professor Marco Nascimento leads the academy and has more than 30 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience. The leadership team also includes Black Belt instructors, Professor Christina Nascimento, Prof. Juan, and Cody. Professor Marco Nascimento is a 7th-degree Coral Belt, and Professor Christina Nascimento is a female Black Belt.

Gym is closed for all drop ins and free trials Wednesday 9/2 through Saturday 9/5 for World Masters & JJ Con. Monthly auto pay requires a 3 month minimum commitment. Membership can be paused for a month or more by emailing [email protected] at least 1 week before the billing date. No contracts. Discounts for autopay or prepayment. Some kids classes are not available for free trial.
