Ninja Republic is guided by expert coaches and led by owner Regan Fletcher. The mission of Ninja Republic is to be the Bay Area’s premier ninja warrior gym, designed for all skill levels, and it is the only gym on the peninsula that is 100% dedicated to ninja obstacles. The facility includes over 6,000 square feet of ninja obstacles that range from easy to advanced to expert, and it features ninja obstacles similar to what is shown on TV but designed for every age and skill level. Groups rotate through obstacles, challenges, and games that build strength, confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving. Morning snack is provided, and participants bring their own lunch and water bottle. Ninja Republic has no affiliation with American Ninja Warrior, Ninja WarriorTM, Sasuke, TBS Japan or NBC.

Ninja Republic competes in the Bay Area Ninja League (BANL), UNAA, and FINA, with a competition team composed of athletes who range from beginner to elite. The space is used for large parties, scout outings, fitness badge programs, and fundraisers.

One parent shared that the owner, Regan, cares about safety, cleanliness, and encouraging kids to push at an appropriate level, and that he knows all the regulars. Another reviewer described it as a great course for kids and adults, with obstacles that challenge almost any adult and noted that for parties, families rent out the whole space. A third parent said the owner is very involved, takes care of his customers, and is interested in challenging the kids and understanding what they are doing.
