Pyramid Gymnastics offers artistic gymnastics, including floor, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, horizontal bar, uneven bars, and balance beam. The program provides gymnastics classes for children 3 1/2 to 18 years of age and focuses on the six Olympic events in men's gymnastics and the four events in women's gymnastics.
• Ages: 3 1/2–18 years old
• Schedule: New Beginner, Advanced-Beginner, and Intermediate class options are available on weekdays in the mid-afternoon and on Saturday mornings.
• Price: One hour class is $20.00 and a 45 minute class is $18. Former San Rafael Gymnastics and Tumblespot students receive 50 percent off their first tuition payment for any length of tuition chosen.
Pyramid Gymnastics states its mission as “REAL GYMNASTICS FOR REAL KIDS!” PYRAMID is Marin County’s longest running gymnastics club and was established in 1980. PYRAMID notes that it offers the most affordable rates, has Marin’s highest student retention rate, and has Marin’s best safety record. In its new location with all new equipment and modern-day amenities, Pyramid has returned to its original central San Rafael neighborhood.
The program notes that any former students of San Rafael Gymnastics or Tumblespot are welcome to continue their gymnastics involvement at Pyramid.
