Martial Arts America - San Ramon offers Pre K classes for ages 4-6, Grade School Karate for ages 6-10, Middle School Karate for ages 11-14, High School Karate for ages 14-17, Summer Camp for ages 3-12, Birthday Parties for all ages, Children’s Programs for ages 2-6 and 7-12, Teen/Adult Programs for ages 18+, Workshops & Special Events for all ages, and SHARP - Women’s Self Defense. The program includes martial arts, self-defense, karate, fitness, games, and supervised parties.

Programs

• Pre K — 4-6 Yrs · Also known as Tiny Tigers. Helps children feel engaged with strong visual cues and align achievements and goals.
• Grade School Karate — 6-10 Yrs · Positive learning environment. Teaches self esteem, confidence, respect, integrity, focus and more.
• Middle School Karate — 11-14 · Specialized program for children ages 11 through 14. Focuses on positive mental attitude, high goal-setting, perseverance, self-control, and confidence.
• High School Karate — 14-17 · For teenagers to learn self-defense, discipline, and confidence. Aims to build identity, assertiveness, accountability, and social skills.
• Summer Camp — 3-12 Yrs · Martial arts summer camp that works with parents to provide life skills.
• Birthday Parties — All Ages · Fully organized and supervised martial arts parties with games that teach courtesy and respect.
