About

Child Creativity Lab Programs take place at the Child Creativity Lab Depot for Creative Reuse and focus on giving children the gift of STEAM. The programs are run by an independent non-profit organization that uses the Depot for Creative Reuse as a core feature of its offerings.

• Schedule: Program hours are available Monday through Friday, 9:30AM–4:30PM.

The mission of Child Creativity Lab Programs is stated as fostering the next generation by giving children the gift of STEAM. Child Creativity Lab works with Orange County schools and non-profit organizations to bring STEAM to children regardless of socio-economic status. One educator from Richman Elementary School described the experience as a “highly engaging opportunity” and noted that students discussed how they could make their projects better or faster and what was hard about the process, calling it a memorable way to visualize and process the engineering process.
