Dreams for Schools STEAM Programs offers Let’s Explore STEAM for 1st–2nd grade, Engineering Inventors for 3rd–5th grade, Coding Games with Scratch for 3rd–5th grade, Web Development for 6th–12th grade, and Mobile App Development for 6th–8th grade. The Mobile App Development program is a 10 week course.

• Mobile App Development — Recommended Grades: 6th–8th grade · In this 10 week mobile app development program, we make programming concepts fun and accessible to encourage students and to explore STEM education in a new and exciting way.

At a glance

• Ages: 5–17 years old
• General schedule: Summer classes take place starting from 6/13 through 2-4 week camps. Classes take place Monday - Friday for 1 hour each class. Spring classes take place from 3/28 - 6/3. Classes take place 2 times a week (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs).
• Facility hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the provider

Dreams for Schools programs inspire and educate students to be STEAM and Computer Science literate with the hard and soft skills needed to become critical thinkers, creative leaders, and technologists of tomorrow. DFS is supported by hundreds of volunteers, who help assemble program materials, serve as corporate judges at showcases, and provide year-round support on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
