Ultimate Ninjas offers ninja classes, kids classes, open play, open gym, birthday parties, kids camps, summer camp, Pro Camp VII, an Elite Team, and competitions. The program also includes adult fitness classes called ULTIFIT, corporate and private events, and obstacle course training, along with basketball, soccer, and floor hockey. Classes are 55 minutes long.

Ultimate Ninjas offers world-class obstacle course gyms with a wide variety of obstacle courses, including an agility course, swinging ropes, monkey bars, quintuple steps, climbing and curved walls, and a large gym area for basketball, soccer, floor hockey and space to run. The kids fitness program uses world-class obstacle course training and an obstacle-based curriculum that encourages coordination, strength, and problem-solving. The program is described as science-backed and draws on research in childhood development, movement, and confidence-building, with courses designed for all ages and abilities and programs backed by science-supported classes and evidence-based sports training. Open Play sessions are described as perfect for ages 2 to 17, offering access to exciting obstacle courses and allowing kids to practice skills, build confidence, and have fun in a safe environment, including private indoor arenas and a private party room for birthday parties. Half and full day camps are available for the Naperville summer camp.

Agility and balance obstacles include Curved wall, Jumping Spider, Quintuple Steps, Mini Trampolines, Slackline, Parkour Boxes, Balance Tanks, Dominoes, Precision Jumpers, Dancing Stones, Wobbly Beam, PVC Stones, Slant Wall, Balance Trainers, Domino Blocks, Rolling Logs, Cargo Net, Bar Hops, and Teeter Totter.
Classes are designed and led by professional ninja athletes who train to conquer the same obstacles seen on the NBC hit show. Professional ninja athletes Mike Silenzi and Jesse Labreck each own and operate an Ultimate Ninjas location. The mission of Ultimate Ninjas is to challenge and inspire kids to build strength, confidence, and resilience through skill-based ninja sport training. Ultimate Ninjas is a proud member of and partners with some of the biggest organizations in sport. Ninja is described as the next big thing in sports and is making its debut at the 2028 Olympics.
