Northeast Santa Ana Little League offers Little League Baseball for youth players. The program uses multiple baseball fields and related facilities for its activities, including Curran Field, Sarinana Field, Ash Field, the NESALL Snack Bar, batting cages, and the Sierra West and Sierra East backstops.

Northeast Santa Ana Little League is led by a board that includes Veronica Rojas (President), Yvette Williby (VP), Elizabeth Rojas (Treasurer and Marketing), Yannett Andaya (Player Agent/Challenger Coordinator), Tanya Villanueva (Player Agent), and Danae Jackson (Secretary and Snack Bar Coordinator). Additional roles include Cato Rojas as Uniform & Equipment Coordinator, Mike Williby as Umpire-In-Chief, Jerry as Sponsorships/Fundraising Coordinator, Stephanie Alvarado as Team Parent Coordinator, Jaime Gonzalez as Coaching Coordinator, and Freddy Araujo for Field Maintenance. The league states that it is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of baseball to the youth of Santa Ana while encouraging good sportsmanship, respect, and dignity on and off the field. It is involved with Little League Baseball Western Region and Little League California District 30, along with nearby leagues such as Anaheim Hills LL, North Sunrise LL, Orange LL, Santiago LL, South Sunrise LL, Southwest Santa Ana LL, La Habra Little League, Tustin Western, Tustin Eastern Little League-UTT, and Memorial Park. The league notes Santa Ana City Champions titles in 2011 (AA and AAA), 2013 (Major), 2018 (AA and Major), and 2023 (AAA).
