Northeast Santa Ana Little League offers Little League Baseball for youth players. The program also holds a Lucha Libre wrestling fundraising event that supports the baseball league.

Northeast Santa Ana Little League is part of Little League Baseball California District 30, Little League Baseball Western Region, and California District 30 Little League. The league hosts an Angels Day event that includes player parade participation for ticket holders. It also hosts a fundraising Lucha Libre wrestling night to help raise money for the baseball league. The program provides Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Training (valid for 2 years), an Abuse Awareness Training Course (valid for 1 year), and Concussion training (valid for 2 years).

Tournament of Champions results include 2014 District 30 Junior, 2018 District 30 Major, and 2018 District 30 AAA Runner Up. All Stars results include 2012 District 30 11 Year Old Runner Up, 2013 District 30 Major All Stars Finalist, 2014 District 30 Junior Champions, and 2015 District 30 Senior Champions. NESALL states that it is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of baseball to the youth of Santa Ana while encouraging good sportsmanship, respect, and dignity on and off the field.
