The Actor's Studio of Orange County offers acting classes, private coaching, career mentoring, industry workshops, reel intensives, team building workshops, business events, corporate events, and other intensives. The studio offers both adult and teen divisions, and teen curriculums are modeled on the level of skill and professionalism offered in adult classes. The studio is the premier studio for film and television training in Orange County and brings Los Angeles and New York acting training to Orange County.

All teachers at The Actor's Studio of Orange County are working actors from Los Angeles who commute to teach classes, and they have high degrees in acting and teaching, including master’s degrees in acting. The mission of the studio is to be Orange County’s number one source for excellence in acting training by offering creative and challenging classes, private coaching, mentoring, workshops, business events, corporate events, and intensives. The studio is an all-inclusive community that welcomes actors of all backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientation, age, and religions. The Actor's Studio of Orange County is a vendor for Inspire Charter Schools.
The technique Seven Pillars Acting originated at this studio and is developed and authored by owner Sonya Cooke. Seven Pillars Acting is a comprehensive technique for the modern actor, synthesized from Stanislavsky, Adler, Meisner, Declan Donnellan, and Grotowski. Beginning level classes teach each Pillar individually using scenes and monologues a month at a time, and intermediate and advanced levels focus on scene study to apply the Pillars simultaneously. Seven Pillars Acting, the book by owner Sonya Cooke, is available at the studio for purchase.
Owner Sonya Cooke personally mentors students who come to her with questions about the legitimacy of casting opportunities, and the studio educates students on what programs and institutions are trustworthy. ASOOC students are held to the highest professional standard, and the studio’s goal is to put Orange County actors on the map by catapulting students toward achievement of their creative and career goals. The Actor's Studio of Orange County is not affiliated with “The Actors Studio” located in New York and Los Angeles.
