Enso MMA Kids Classes include boxing, MMA, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and kids’ classes. The program also offers circuit training sessions, private sessions, boxing sparring, a boxing bag class, and a wrestling class for young participants.

Enso MMA Kids Classes are part of Enso MMA, which was established in 2023. The owner and head instructor, Jacob, began his martial arts journey in wrestling at age 10, wrestled through high school at Bishop Diego, clinched the CIF title, and received All CIF wrestling recognition. He later trained and competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to train under IBJJF Hall of Fame member Rubens Charles, and taught at the Cobrinha headquarters while earning gold medals. In 2014, he began training in boxing and Muay Thai, competed in MMA with a winning record in both amateur and professional divisions, and competed in Muay Thai competitions in Thailand.
Enso MMA states the mantra “join a community, not a gym” and states that it aims to build a stronger and safer community through the practice of martial arts. It states that it is dedicated to fostering a sense of home for its members, with a focus on connections and friendships that extend beyond the mat, and that it believes in instilling a love for martial arts and fitness early on in a fun and safe environment for children.
