The mission of Trinity Preschool states that the staff works closely together to build relationships with the children, guide each child’s unique developmental needs in a group-learning environment, and provide engaging program activities that are intended to prepare each child for academic success, build social and emotional intelligence, and support spiritual development.
Preschool Director Arianna Pacheco describes her experience at Trinity Preschool by saying that returning to Trinity was an answered prayer and that she values meeting with students and learning from them as much as they learn from the staff. She states that she wants every interaction with a student to leave the child feeling heard, which she connects to creating a community where everyone feels that their opinions and skills are being heard and used.
