MIG Club Rhythmic Gymnastics Programs offers rhythmic gymnastics programs for children aged 4 to 15. The offerings include beginner classes for young girls who are just starting rhythmic gymnastics or have little previous experience, an Xcel Program, FIG and Developmental Teams that range from levels 3 to 10 and participate in local, regional, and national competitions, and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) with synchronized group performances without apparatus.
