Vanguard Krav Maga

Vanguard Krav Maga offers in-person Krav Maga classes and online classes and training. The in-person classes include combative conditioning warm-ups and technique practice, and testing is available in person or online. Online training includes core, curriculum, technique, specialist, on-demand, and live Zoom class content.

About the provider

Vanguard Krav Maga began development in 2009. Its mission statement says it is a self defense fighting system that emphasizes environmental awareness and de-escalation to avoid physical confrontation, and that it teaches evasion and only resorts to physical violence if there is an immediate threat. The program has trained high level executives, corporate teams, law enforcement, military, college students, elementary kids, families, and soccer moms.

All participants must be 13+ years of age. Krav Maga classes are 55 minutes long. Classes generally start with 15-25 minutes of combative conditioning warm-ups, with the remainder spent learning techniques. Students can take Krav Maga 1 and Krav Maga All classes on the schedule, and during the free trial they can attend any of the other classes. Online classes include access to core, curriculum, technique, specialist, on-demand, and live Zoom class content. Belt levels listed: Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown, Black.
