Vanguard Krav Maga Kids at Academy of Self Defense includes Vanguard Krav Maga and Krav Maga & fitness for kids. The program is offered within a larger training environment that also features Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boot Camp heavy bag and kettlebell workouts, Kickboxing HIIT with strength training, GRIT heavy bag and circuit training, and Box & Bells boxing technique with kettlebell flows.

• Schedule: In-person classes with options Monday–Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 11am
