Ultra Jiu Jitsu Academy offers Jiu Jitsu classes and a self-defense program that is integrated with Jiu Jitsu. Classes include lifelike self-defense drills and scenarios such as schoolyard bullying, single and multiple attackers, attempted abduction, knife attack, and stick/bat attack. The program also includes Fix My Game time blocks for Jiu Jitsu questions and open mat time.

Ultra Jiu Jitsu Academy was founded by Alexis Nixon and Pedro Serrano in 2020. The overarching goal of Ultra Jiu Jitsu Academy is to enrich the lives of students through the provision of quality Jiu Jitsu education and training. The leadership and teaching team includes founders Alexis Nixon and Pedro Serrano, along with instructors Bryin Taylor, Sky Lovell (Professor), and Wesley Cortazar (Coach).
Instructor Bryin Taylor is a Black Belt Instructor with Krav Maga Alliance, is certified in Krav Maga Force Arrest & Control and Krav Maga Force Black Belt Firearms, is a Level 3 Bas Rutten Fight Coach, a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple belt. One testimonial describes the level of instruction as world-class and the curriculum as one of the most comprehensive yet straightforward systems the reviewer has learned from.
