Raízes do Brasil Capoeira Santa Cruz offers Kids Capoeira Classes. The classes are offered Monday and Wednesday from 5–6 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 5–6 pm, and classes are open to beginners, new students, and visitors.

About the provider

Raízes do Brasil Capoeira Santa Cruz was founded in 1992 by Mestre Papiba. The school is led by a team of experienced instructors, and classes are led by Mestre Papiba and upper level students. It carries forward the traditions of Capoeira with care and respect and is rooted in the values of discipline, joy, and mutual respect. Mestre Papiba has taught capoeira in the public elementary schools in the Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Pajaro Valley school districts for the past 20 years, and he has participated in arts enrichment programs and after school offerings such as CKC.

Classes are open to beginners, new students and visitors.
