Paragon of Santa Maria Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cardio conditioning, and kickboxing classes. The program includes Little Kids, Big Kids, and Adults programs, and all potential students are asked to wear athletic clothing and may borrow a gi from the gym. All potential students must sign a waiver, and the gym has rules of no shoes on the mat and no bare feet off the mat.

The leadership team includes Lance Glynn as Owner, Blackbelt, and Head Instructor; Ricardo “Franjinha” Miller as Blackbelt and Founder of Paragon BJJ; and Peter “WutangPete” Fabela as Blackbelt and Instructor. Lance Glynn is a Blackbelt under Ricardo “Franjinha” Miller, and Franjinha was awarded his Blackbelt by Master Romero Cavalcanti. Peter “WutangPete” Fabela is a Paragon black belt under Lance Glynn and Franjinha Miller and is a certified trainer. Franjinha gained entry into the 2016 UAEJJF competition in Abu Dhabi, and Peter “WutangPete” Fabela is a 7x Five Grappling medalist, 11x Grapplers Quest medalist, and a Gracie Nationals champion. The program offers two free classes as a trial, uses a month-to-month recurring payment plan billed on the 1st or 15th, allows cancellation at any time with no additional fees, and requires 15 days notice before any cancellation.
