Kids & Teen Camps and Classes at The Gourmandise School offer Baking Camps and Cooking Camps that focus on hands-on culinary experiences. Campers mix, knead, sauté, and bake under the guidance of expert chef-instructors.

Since opening in 2011, The Gourmandise School has offered hands-on, technique-driven cooking and baking classes for adults, teens, and kids at any skill level. The school offers morning, afternoon, and evening classes 7 days a week, including technique-based workshops and immersive multi-week series, as well as kids and teen summer camps where students work in pairs under expert chef-instructors with a focus on building real kitchen confidence, teamwork, organization, and responsibility. It is a women-owned and operated recreational cooking school whose mission is to teach the art of cooking and baking through hands-on experiences and to promote the use of locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. Expert chef-instructors are highly pedigreed and come from some of the country’s top restaurants and culinary schools, and the school describes itself as LA’s premier recreational cooking school.
