School Programs & Badge Programs offers in-classroom and after-school workshops for students in grades K-12. The program includes one-hour, two-hour, or three-hour stand-alone workshops, weekly or bi-weekly sessions over several weeks, and field trip sessions. It also includes Create-a-Play stand alone workshop at the playhouse, Project: Shakespeare, From Our House To Yours, Badge Programs for girl or boy scouts, and the play-goers' experience.

About the provider

School Programs & Badge Programs has been offered for over thirty-five years. It is recognized through the SMARTS Arts in Schools and Demonstration Project for California Arts Council as qualified to teach arts in the SMMUSD and as an approved www.LAArtsEd.org education program. Its mission statement says it offers theatre-in-education experiences for students in grades K-12, and that workshops help students express themselves creatively, build confidence, and learn performance techniques.
