Dance Evolution Studios offers Little Kids Ballet Classes for ages 2-6, Kids & Teens Classes for ages 6-18, and Adult Ballet Classes for ages 18 and up. • Tiny Tutus — 2-3 · 45-minute classes · Caregiver-accompanied ballet class. No potty training required. Explore basic movement patterns, ballet positions, balance and coordination through music, play, and gentle guidance.
• Intro Flex 1/2 Ballet — 3-5 · 45-minute classes · Wonderful first introduction to dance. Accessible ballet classes with joyful lessons that build confidence, coordination, balance, and love of moving to music.
• Level 1/2 Flex Ballet — 6-8 · 90-minute classes · For starting ballet, supplementing other extracurriculars, or just want to dance for fun without a significant commitment.
• Level 3/4 Flex Ballet — 9-16 · 90-minute classes · For dancers who want to enjoy everything. A fun, welcoming class where technique is real but pressure is low.
• Kids Contemporary — 6-11 · 45-minute classes · Improve movement quality, coordination, creativity, confidence, collaboration and self-expression through organic movement, choreography, and improv.
• Adult Ballet — 18 and up · 90-minute classes · Intro, Beginner, and Intermediate Adult available.

About the provider

Dance Evolution Studios says it was founded in September 2005 by Adele Davalos Mitchell and has been a premier dance studio in Sonoma County for classical ballet instruction since 2005. The studio says it is owned by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, that all of the faculty are former professional dancers, and that the technique is designed by the Artistic Advisor, Miss A, described as a science-based dance master. It also annually presents The Nutcracker and family-friendly, abbreviated classical ballets in May with DES student dancers.

Fall Registration is open for the 2026-2027 season. Classes for the Fall 2026-2027 season begin August 17th, 2026. Registration is open online anytime through September 15th, 2026. Boys Dance Free! In order to get 1 semester of ballet training, they must audition by appointment. Open Division memberships use a credit system; 1 credit = 45 min instruction; credits roll over for 90 days; memberships auto-renew every 30 days after first use; 30-day cancellation policy. Membership tiers listed: INTRO (up to 45 min/week) and FOUNDATIONS (up to 90 min/week).
