Gracie Barra Kids

Gracie Barra Kids is a Jiu-Jitsu program where children practice Jiu-Jitsu, self-defence, takedowns, and ground techniques. Classes follow a structured curriculum that is organized by the age group and level of the students. Training takes place with certified Gracie Barra instructors who use methods outlined by the founder, Master Carlos Gracie Jr.

• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Schedule: Class options are available during school hours and in the late afternoon and evening on weekdays, with additional Saturday morning times.

Gracie Barra Kids is part of Gracie Barra, which was founded in 1986 by Master Carlos Gracie Jr. Gracie Barra follows a structured global curriculum and emphasizes values of brotherhood, integrity, and development. Certified Gracie Barra instructors are connected to the methods and strategies of Master Carlos Gracie Jr. through the Gracie Barra Instructor Certification Program, and GB Online offers video instruction, techniques, and training resources to support learning beyond in-person classes. For a first class, children are asked to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable activewear such as shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt, use easy-to-remove slip-on shoes like flip-flops or sandals, and a Gracie Barra Gi and rashguard are provided for that first class.
