PHAS3 Martial Arts offers kids martial arts, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and kids martial arts/Muay Thai, with options for beginner and intermediate Muay Thai/martial arts as well as advanced UFC/Muay Thai fighter training. The program also includes adult martial arts and training for the highest level of Muay Thai and MMA competition.

PHAS3 Martial Arts is founded and led by Ben Brown, who is described as a world class coach, Master Instructor, Head Coach, and the instructor/owner. Ben Brown has been teaching martial arts for over 47 years and has been teaching at this location for over 20 years. He began training in martial arts at age 5, grew up in his father’s martial arts school, and started teaching at age 14. He has trained military and law enforcement and has taught self-defense across the globe. While teaching in Taiwan, he trained in Thailand, where he focused on Muay Thai, known as the “Art of 8 Limbs.” He returned to the United States committed to finding the best Muay Thai coach on the continent and became a lifelong student and friend of Muay Thai legend and UFC coach Jongsanan Fairtex, also known as the “Woodenman.” Ben Brown is described as the first man in America to be certified by Jongsanan Fairtex. PHAS3 instructors are hand selected by Ben Brown.

PHAS3 Martial Arts has been awarded the Go2 Karate Distinction Award for Santa Rosa, CA. The program states that it has successfully improved the physical fitness of participants ranging from NFL football players to stay-at-home moms. PHAS3 Martial Arts offers an online special of two free weeks and an exclusive free e-book download for first-time VIP visitors to the website titled “Why Martial Arts Can Positively Change Lives,” authored by Tracy Lee Thomas. For the first class, participants are instructed to wear something comfortable and bring water, and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
