About
Santa Rosa Gymnastics Center Camps offers time in the gym learning basic gymnastics skills, climbing rock walls and ropes, playing games, and doing crafting activities. Campers follow a structured day that can include full-day or half-day options with set start and end times.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Spring camps 2026 run from 3/16 to 3/20, and Summer camps 2026 run from 6/15 to 8/7, with weekly, single-day, and half-day options; full-day camps run 8:30 AM–3:30 PM, and half days run 8:30–11:30 AM or 12:30–3:30 PM
• Price: $85 Full Day / $50 Half day or $365 Weekly / Current Members / $385 Weekly / Non Members
The program states that parents must sign children in and out of camps and use a secret pick-up number, and that any child picked up after 3:30 PM will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes they remain at camp. Families are asked to complete full release forms, a membership packet, and a COVID release form before a child attends any camp or classes. Campers are expected to bring a water bottle, a morning snack, an afternoon lunch, and an afternoon snack, wear movable clothing without zippers or buttons, and have hair tied back and out of the face; on Fridays in summer, campers should bring a change of clothes for water games. The program does not allow campers to share food or buy food from vending machines without a parent present.
According to the program, all instructors have been trained in Santa Rosa Gymnastics Center (SRGC) and USA Gymnastics policies, are CPR and First Aid certified, have received first aid and CPR training, and have been livescan fingerprinted, and all staff members have completed SRGC Training and Certification. The stated mission is to encourage each child to reach their full potential in a safe, supportive, and un-pressured environment, to guide students toward their own goals at their own pace, and to recognize that children develop physically, emotionally, and socially at different rates. The mission also notes that gymnastics at SRGC focuses on fundamentals such as strength, discipline, flexibility, coordination, self-confidence, and perseverance, and that some children may become elite gymnasts while others become well-rounded athletes, successful students, and community leaders. The program also notes that some camp spaces are available through Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks, and that families can sign up through Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks.
