Cavallo Point Cooking School

Cavallo Point Cooking School offers an ever-changing roster of cooking classes and programs, including hands-on work and demonstration in its public classes. Specific classes include Destination: Sicily, Mediterranean Feast, Julia’s Classics, Springtime in Rome, North Indian Thali, Ultimate Mediterranean Feast, Father’s Day Wagyu Steakhouse, Seafood Celebration, Paella Party, Mediterranean Summer, Destination: Sardinia, Adventure in Bangkok, Global Dumpling Adventure, Izakaya Favorites, Exploring The Greek Isles, The Burmese Kitchen, Summer Supper in Rome, and Spanish Table. In the Destination: Sicily cooking class, participants prepare dishes such as Sicilian Fennel Orange Salad, Caponata Siciliana, Pasta con le Sarde with fennel, saffron and pignoli, Sicilian-style halibut, Chicken Scarpariello, and Sicilian ricotta cannoli with candied orange and hazelnut, while exploring the bright, vibrant flavors of Sicily and the noted Greek, Roman, Arab, French, and Spanish influences on its cuisine.

• Schedule: The Destination: Sicily class runs from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Price: Destination: Sicily costs $195 per person plus tax and a 20% service charge; tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages) and complimentary valet or self-parking.

Cavallo Point Cooking School sets a minimum age of 15 years old for public classes, unless otherwise noted. To redeem a Cavallo Point gift card for a class, guests email the Cooking School with the desired class date, party size, and gift card number, and cancellations may be made up to 72 hours before the event, with no refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
